SO YOU WANT TO PLAY AT THE COLONY…

HOWDY! Please read carefully before forwarding your information. All booking inquiries require the following in an email to our booking email linked below:

• Links to your social media and website

• Your material in video format (Youtube/Vimeo/Zip file/Etc.)

• Two songs from your preferred streaming service

• Your contact information with phone number included and best way to reach you

• Any openers or split bills have to be cleared with the venue. If you intend on bringing an opener please also include their information in the email and terms can be discussed upon booking arrangement

• If you are scheduled and need a fill in for your date- we ask for as much notice as possible. If you have someone that you would like to fill in for your scheduled gig we ask that you clear it with the colony staff.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE

Booking at The Tulsa Colony is a bit like trying to fit a band into a phone booth – ambitious, but reeeeeaaallllllll tight. We only have a few rotating nights and try to book those at least 6 weeks in advance. Our other spots are reserved for residency acts and are arranged on a case-by-case basis. If we don’t answer your inquiry, it’s not due to lack of talent, it’s simply because we have reached our booking limit for the time being. If we are interested in booking your act beyond the currently booked quarter, then you will hear from us to gather a hold over date.

We'd love to book every guitar-slinging, drum-bashing, mic-dropping Casanova onto our stage, it’s just not always possible. Please send booking inquiries as far in advance from your desired date as possible. We do not accept booking inquires from social media or any other form of communication. With as many forms of media that we have to keep up with we ask for you understanding that all booking inquiries must be streamlined and consolidated into one space to keep track.
